Product Detail
It is used to fill fruit juice, tea drinks, and other hot filling beverages. The max bottle can be filled is up to 2 liters.
Bottle fruit juice filling machine (washing filling and capping 3-in-1 machine)
It is a machine for filling fruit juice. This machine combines bottle washing, filling and capping in a monobloc. The empty bottles are sent into this machine via air conveyor and filled bottles are sent out via motor conveyor. Caps are sent into the silo via cap air conveyor. There is no reverse cap in the cap sliding rail. If there is no bottle, it will not fill or cap. The complete action is controlled by PLC.
We supply the down stream like light checker, bottle sterilizer, water blowing dryer, inkjet coding machine, label sleeving machine and label shrinker.
We also supply the complete line from Water Treatment (Filter System), filling system, to film shrink packaging system.
